SmartCrowd has a very simple fee structure that aligns your goals with ours.

Platform-based

As the only regulated real estate investment platform (REIP) in the Middle East, we take care of all the administrative and legal affairs associated with a property acquisition so that you can focus on the things that matter to you. This component covers costs associated with vehicle payment processing, escrow services, and anti-money laundering checks. Not only that, SmartCrowd takes care of all the due diligence and analysis by only listing attractive investment opportunities on the platform so that you can invest with confidence.

Administration and maintenance

Whether you choose to own a property entirely on your own or with a group of like-minded people, you want to ensure that your property is maintained to a high standard so that you can make the most from your investment. At SmartCrowd, we take the hassle out of real estate investments because we source independent third-party property management firms to take care of your investment. We also take care of all other administrative duties such as finding tenants and negotiating the highest rental prices on your behalf.

Exiting and selling

You may wish to exit and sell your shares in your real estate investment(s) at a future point in time. Much like during the acquisition process, there are various legal and administrative aspects that need to be managed. Of course, SmartCrowd ensures a smooth exit so that you can enjoy or reinvest your earnings. We’ve created a structure in which our major fee component is weighted at the point you choose to sell, if you do. We do this to align your goals with ours so that you can invest with confidence knowing that we’ve carefully selected properties that we believe will increase in value over time.
